Private Steve said that when he started out as a Florida soldier in central Florida, he remembers meeting them and thinking the driver had arrived at the house.
“An international driver’s license is a valid form of driver’s license in approximately 150 countries around the world. It translates the driver’s license from your home country / state into a multitude of different languages, ”he said.
He also added that in order for drivers to receive these permits, they must have a valid driver’s license for the place of residence.
“Another country cannot issue an IDP to be used in conjunction with a US driver’s license. An IDP accompanying a US driver’s license can only be issued in the United States, ”said Private Steve.
Why would you need an IDP?
“A displaced person gives you a bit of ease when it can be stressful when exploring the world, even if you don’t plan to drive a motor vehicle in this country,” he said. “It also makes life a lot easier when it comes to renting a vehicle in a country that may not include your driver’s license. “
